Vidal Blanc Ice Wine 2011 |
Some Vidal Blanc grapes are left on the vines during the upcoming cold weather and will be used for Ice Wine. Constant vigilance against animals is necessary. Nets, "Eyeballs" and metallic ribbons are used to deter birds. High fences surrounding this section of the vineyard are used to defer deer. Even so, the animals still get some of the grapes. |
