We can now ship to Indiana residents if they have filled out a "shipping" form . See the rules below.

We can also ship wines to a limited number of states, depending on the rules of the other state. As we get a little further, we will increase the number of states by obtaining a number of out of state permits. The rules literally change weekly. Shipping is limited now to those states that do not require permits. Watch for updated announcements as we obtain permits over the next several months. As of Nov. 6, 2007 we will ship to

At the moment, under US District Court adjustments to state law as we understand them, you will have to still fill out an appropriate form, but no longer is a "face to face" transaction required. Call the winery for details.. Once this form is filled out, we will be able to ship wine for you to any adult in Indiana. The form may now be filled out by snail mail, email, or fax. You no longer have to come to the winery.

We realize that this is not a "User Friendly" system, but it is the system that was legislated in 2006 for Indiana residents, and modified by the US District Court. We also realize that this is not a user friendly system for many of our customers who pass through the winery from other states and wish to order our wines. We can only suggest that each of you contact your local State Representatives and State Senators and voice your support for more consumer friendly wine shipping laws.

Here is a copy of the form. To copy the form, left click at the x and drag the cursor to y, to highlight the entire form. Then copy with a Ctrl C, and paste into a Word document with a Ctrl V. You can then print the form and fax it back to 260-495-9463 along with your id. Or use any other method to print it out that you wish.
